A. For University Admission
To apply for Finnish Higher Education Institutions (UAS or Universities), the following academic documents are mandatory:
Academic Transcripts
Certified SEE, +2, or Bachelor's certificates & transcripts.
English Proficiency
Proof of English (IELTS/TOEFL) as per program requirement.
Passport Copy
Scanned copy of the identity page (valid for at least 1 year).
Program Documents
Portfolio, CV, or Work Experience (if required by program).
B. For Residence Permit
Once accepted by a university, you must apply for a student Residence Permit (RP) with these
documents:
Official Admission Letter
The formal acceptance from Studyinfo.fi
Tuition Proof
Payment receipt or scholarship certificate
Proof of Accommodation
Agreement or proof of housing reservation
Passport & Photos
Validity info & recent passport-size photos
Clarification of Source of Funds
Documentary evidence explaining the origin of your living cost funds (e.g., salary, business, or savings).
